Adventures of a Wandering Knitter

I walked to school again this morning to continue my duties as stand-in secretary. The contrast in weather from yesterday was marked. Although nominally the same forecast as yesterday – fog – this morning was distinctly drizzly and dreich.

The walk was necessitated by a poorly Land Rover – parts have been ordered.

I popped in on the spinning group, who meet in the community room which is attached to the school. There was a very good turn-out this morning; ten of them.

Progress on Jesien is slow but steady. It’s not likely to be a candidate for this year’s Show, but we’ll see about next year.

The forecast for tomorrow is rain. I’ll need to dig out my respectable waterproof trousers!
