We have been alerted to a difficulty with our shop checkout. If you have been trying to buy KnitPro items and received an idiotic message about States and Shipping Methods… well, that should be fixed now. Somehow all of our postage information for KnitPro items disappeared from the system. At present I am blaming the upgrades that we did on Saturday, although I have another – and different – niggling suspicion.
Apologies for the hiccups. I know that it makes us look less than professional but you’ll just have to believe our assertion that the data was there initially, and that we did test it thoroughly before going live last week.
